Introducing Forestry Investment

With the current economical climate now is the perfect time to look for an alternative investment; one which is safe yet at the same time guarantees high returns. Forestry Investment can offer such an alliance.

We are working in partnership with an ethical forest plantation company as they develop new plantations in tropical countries such as Sri Lanka and Costa Rica. You can be part of this unique opportunity and do something beneficial for the world whilst accruing a healthy profit.

How the investment works and pays out…
It's simple: you invest and watch your investment grow

The Investor buys the trees and leases part of a tree plantation for which they hold the leasehold title to the land. The minimum investment is £10,000 and the amount of trees varies according to the species selected. For instance £10,000 buys 300 Teak trees or 350 Agarwood trees. As the trees mature and are harvested, your hardwoods will be sold and you will received the profits. The forestry management company will send you a yearly foresters' report giving you the various options of what to do and detailing the conditions of your specific trees.

The plantations are replanted after harvesting thus providing a sustainable source of commercial timber, as well as helping to regenerate the previously decimated rainforests.

Why choose tropical hardwood trees as an investment…
Tropical hardwoods offer a high return on investment because of huge demand

World consumption of tropical hardwoods has multiplied nearly 25 times in just the last four decades. More than 100 billion board feet of tropical hardwoods are now being consumed each year. At the same time, the world's tropical rainforests are being destroyed at the rate of 35 to 50 million acres each year to supply commercial timber. At this rate there will be very little left in 30 years and as a result, prices of tropical hardwoods will continue to escalate.
